Tribal Beaching

My beach outfit on our second day at Dapitan revolved around my tribal two piece. I originally planned to have only my violet feathery earrings and a trio of wooden bangles as accessories but I found the perfect bangles to match the colors on my swimwear the night prior to that just outside Gloria's Fantasyland - plum and coral! I never thought them two colors look good together. oh the beauty of random lessons!

instead of swimming in the beach under the always too powerful Mr. Sun, the cousins and I decided to stay in the pool where only very little people go - well, at least we still had a good view of the beach minus the crazy heat!

Native bag bought at Ilo-ilo

I never realized how "gawang pinoy" my accessories for that day were until I sat today in front my laptop and made this entry. They're all the way from Ilo-ilo, Batangas and Dapitan! The earrings by the way are from, no other than my fave accessories shop in downtown flea market, Aizilym, so I'd like to believe that my little city of Cagayan de Oro still has a say on my accessories that day.

I vow to go back in Dakak. It may not be too soon but I will go back someday, somehow. And when that time comes, I swear - I'll bare a more worthy bikini bod that I won't have to hide them tummy flabs under a tank! haha

Summer is about to end! Hope you're enjoying it so far!
