Not really. But I do have the utter need to bit tah-tah to my love handles. They aren't that morbid yet but if I do not act now, they might just morph into something that can actually drive me deep deeeeep into the pit of anorexictopia.
It's funny how I'm reading a fitness book while gulping ounces of fat-filled shake at the same time. Hah, life is ironic!
Anyhoo, this is the ONLY thing I literally, personally bought with my recent pay. coz all the others were bought online..hihi
Two of my jeans won't fit me any longer and girls, please tell me I'm not alone, finding out such thing is a nightmare! If you have been following me on twitter, you may have read about my tweets on how I'm taking doing zumba real seriously. I do not want to be SKINNY as in the skinny that society defined for us but the kind of skinny where I can be back to my 25-inch waistline. I'm at 28 now so I guess that isn't too much to ask?
On to the book!
I am completely loving it! The authors are a pair of bitches - good bitches. I actually find myself smiling and laughing because it's like they really are talking to me. It seemed like I was talking to my girlfriends telling me truthful things in such a brutally honest way.
Here are several whopping whoa things I've learned from the book so far:
1. Drinking wine is good - just as long as it is organic and does not contain sulfites. The label should read: No Sulfites Added or simply, NSA.
2. Coffee, whether regular of decaf, is highly acidic. Acidic foods cause your body to produce FAT CELLS in order to keep the acids away from your organs. GASP! I love coffee soo much and hate fat cells soo much too! How can something you love can be a precursor to something you hate? Ugh.
3. Sugar, like coffee, creates an acidic environment in your body. That's why, DOUBLE GASP - we really should avoid sweets! For someone like me who considers desserts as an acceptable form of breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is going to be perpetually hard. READ: perpetually hard!
Me is thinking, this book is really going to be depressing. But if I want to be a skinny bitch, oh well, I have to keep reading it.
I wanna be back to 25,
EU.
