3 Firsts

HURRAH for 1.) my first ever blog post ever since coming to a different dimension! (LOL) 2.) first August entry and 3.) first more than a thousand peso shoe!

I love shoes. But with the kind of salary I had with my previous job, I didn't had the luxury to buy as many pairs as I want. Although I do have a few, none of them was too pricey. In fact, the priciest pair I got was only for 799php. That might come as cheap for you high moolah earners but like I said, my previous salary didn't allow me to purchase 1k plus shoes. So to be able to gather all my wits to have made the decision to buy a more than a thousand worth of shoes, is an achievement - at least for me.

Ever since I came here in Doha, EVERYTHING is too expensive for me because I kept on converting every single thingummy I see into peso. Well, to make the long story short, I saw this really lovely and fierce pair of shoes yesterday and though the smallest size was 37 (I'm playing between 35 to 36), I still took it home with me.

See? It's one size larger but I just couldn't find the courage to let it go so off I went to the cashier and bid tah-tah to a parcel of my cash advance.

At the end of the day, though the wallet quite lost some weight, at least them hoofs gained some pounds with an endorphin boost because yeah, it's a worthy purchase.
