Missy Bon Bon's Bangus Fritter is delightfully squisito! I especially loved the crisp yet soft in the inside fried milk fish. The egg however isn't me cup of tea. I can't say that I utterly didn't like it, it's just that, I love my sunny side-up cooked the homey-way. You know, complete with those li'l burnt edges. Theirs', I think, is too commercialized. Though there is absolutely nothing wrong about that, and I know that presentation is what they're after... still, I think it would have pleased my taste buds better if the burnt edges were there plus a bit of salt wouldn't hurt much, I guess? Nevertheless, twas a hearty meal and ohhhh.. that juice (which is a mixture of sorts of fruit juices) was two thumbs up!
