Merry Christmas Swim Photo Diary + Review on Coconut Bay Beach Resort

We checked in at around 9:30 PM and there was no one on the front desk! Turns out, the resort had their Christmas Party. Good thing they were so kind to give check us in in a breeze of time!
 Our Cottage =)
I was amazed at how intricate the ceiling decor was. I can just imagine the amount of time spent in achieving this. I love the Pinoy feel of everything!
We had a cottage big enough for four people for only P1, 100 with two matrimonial beds, a BIG bathroom complete with a bath tub! Talk about sulit!

Every time I am away from home with my girls, I am always the first one to wake up and say
GOOD MORNING NEIGHBORHOOD!

If you know me quite well, then I'm sure you're aware how much I love everything that offers calmness and quite surroundings. When we had a morning stroll around the resort, it kind of felt we had the whole resort to ourselves and I love it!

See? There were almost zero people in the resort. But of course, they could still be sleeping at that hour.

We are originally composed of FOUR girls but Steph wasn't able to make it. Hence the space in this photo intended for her. We are korny, yes! haha =D
Breakfast delivered to our cottage!

My say on our stay?

Well, it was good enough and the price was worth it.
All their staffs are really nice and very accommodating.

But then, I guess the resort needs renovation.

I know they have been in the industry for many, many years now
but I think that's not enough of an excuse not to maintain the resort properly.

I can still see the beauty of the resort despite the age that befall it
and all those beauty shouldn't be put to waste just because of poor maintenance.

Thanks heaps, Manong Life Guard for taking this photo! winks

If you have been reading my previous blogs, you might remember my post about one of my closest friends being one of the victims of Typhoon Sendong. Hanah wanted us to celebrate still and being the swimming addicts that we were, there was no  better option than to celebrate it with an overnight stay at a resort.

Our favorite EVER is Ridgeview Chalets at Xavier Estates but since we were on a tight budget, we opted to settle for something more affordable plus it was our first time at Coconut Bay Beach Resort too!

Looking forward to more swimming escapades with my girls (with Steph na jud unta!),
EU.
