The Longest Ride

Okay so I got home at half past 1 in the morning today because - YAY - I got ramadan time back! That's five whooping whoa worth of time back and I guess you can tell how happy that made me. Teehee!

Anyway, I got a lot of time in my hands and double YAY - the movie which wasn't available online yesterday is up and running already so while munching on some delicious calamares, I watched the movie on max volume in my room at 2am. Well yeah, I can Coz my roomie is on vacation so I have the room all to myself! Triple YAY!

I really don't want to spoil the movie for you guys coz you really have to watch it for yourselves. One thing it made me realize is that maaaaaaybe it's high time I finish that painting I started months ago. And oh, there's still some fresh canvass waiting in the corner to be touched ny yours truly. LOL. Such shallow realization for such an awesome movie.

On a much deeper note, the movie made me, well, you guessed it - cry. Love indeed entails sacrifice in the same way that it entails compromise. There will always be a lot of things that will get in the way of a happy ever after but at the end of the day, when you make a choice to make it work no matter what, it will work. And the sacrifices are going to prove worthy.

Love has not been playing on my side recently and I am not in a hurry to chase it when it has become elusive. I really don't have a problem with single blessedness anyway. I'll just do my painting while dancing to twerk it like Miley (my recent LSS and can't seem to stop dancing to it even in the shower!) and try to get my mind off things for a little more than a while and then maybe see where life leads me.

Watch the movie, you guys! This guy Nicholas never disappoints, you know?

light and positivity,
Quing
